Jason Rains came to ATI in 2015 after eleven years as a Regional Manager with Zurich Direct Markets handling the Property & Casualty silo for a four state area. Before Zurich he spent twelve years in the automotive and automotive insurance sectors. In his long career, he has overseen large-scale contracts and managed professional services teams. Jason regularly becomes a touchpoint for major customers in the ATI southwest region because of his communication skills and his ability to connect stakeholders on client and customer sides in meaningful ways.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance.
As a Senior Building Consultant for American Technologies, Brian Bailey is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and brings knowledge and versatility gained through more than 23 years of working in a variety of management roles, with expertise in estimate development, analyzing and implementing billing conflict resolution. His current assigned area of activity is Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, although much of his work takes him to many other parts of the country. Mr. Bailey has managed, estimated, consulted, monitored and clerked large fire and water claims throughout the U.S. for insurance companies, attorneys, and private clients, and has worked many hurricanes over the years. He is proficient in oversight, analysis, and reporting in the areas of labor claims, mitigation, abatement, building restoration, marine and docking systems.
Mr.Bailey is adeptat developing reasonable solutions and approaches estimating in a common sense, straight forward manner to the swift resolution of disputes.

Worked for Travelers Insurance from 2007-2012 in the property department with a territory in northern New Jersey. Handled multiple catastrophe deployments while with Travelers, including Alabama tornadoes in 2011 and Hurricane Irene in 2011.
Worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance as a member of their catastrophe team from 2012 through 2015. Deployed nationwide to handle both catastrophe and regional backfill claims. Led the catastrophe team in claims production for 2013 and 2014, handling over 800 claims each year. While at Liberty Mutual, obtained AIC, AINS, and CPCU designations. Obtained the CPCU designation in 11 months.
Worked a small independent adjusting firm in Manhattan, NY in 2015, specializing in condominium and co-op policies. Moved to Crawford and Company in August 2015, handling Long Island, Manhattan, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Moved to Phoenix, AZ in July 2016, and became a Regional General Adjuster for the Southwest Region, being based out of Phoenix. Have consistently been at or near the top in monthly production while with Crawford.
I was married in May 2015, and my wife Erica and I are expecting our first child in February. We enjoy spending time traveling the country and taking walks with our dog, Bailey.
Ryan Farley is a Cost Estimator and Restoration Consultant with over 18 years of comprehensive, hands- on experience in disaster restoration, roof evaluations, building construction and property consulting. During this period he has attained numerous certifications related to the industry, including becoming an Xactimate Certified Trainer.
Mr. Farley began his career in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 18 performing services in the disaster restoration industry for his own company. His experience for the next 10 years included estimating as well as performing restoration assignments for projects that included schools, hospitals, colleges, warehouses, office and residential buildings. He has been a senior project manager and occupied senior positions in various restoration companies that performed restoration and repair work for the insurance industry.
Since joining Madsen Kneppers & Associates, Inc. (MKA) in 2013, Mr. Farley has been actively involved in scoping and documenting loss related damage and preparing repair cost estimates for property losses, builder’s risk claims and construction defect projects. His duties include documenting damage, determining scopes of work and estimating the cost of repair for building components and finishes as a result of fire, water, hail, tornado and storm loss.
Although Mr. Farley is proficient at the propriety MKA estimating system, he is a certified trainer in the Xactimate estimating system. He provides educational seminars to our clients and has taught many students with respect to the functionality and the pricing aspects of the system.
Lisa Bullock been in the insurance industry 7 years with 2 years of property claims experience. In her short time handling property claims I’ve overseen property claims ranging up to $2 million. Currently a multi-line adjuster for Cincinnati Insurance. Graduated from University of Phoenix in 2008 with Bachelors in Business Management.
