Ulises Castellon, CPCU, RPA has worked as a claims professional for over thirty five years. In 1996, he associated with Fire Cause Analysis, a premier forensic investigation and engineering firm and is currently Chief Operating Officer. He is also the principal of a consulting business, ClaimsAnalysis.

Mr. Castellon earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1989 and is a past president of the Sacramento Valley Chapter. He regularly speaks to insurance industry groups on a variety of topics. Ulises is bilingual and has acted as a media spokesperson for local news and information programs, including Spanish-speaking television.

Jon Spezzacatena, CFI has been involved with fire origin and cause investigations since 1995, investigating in excess of over 400 fires in his career where he was lead investigator in the majority of these fires. Jon is a Certified Fire Investigator through IAAI and is an active member with the Arizona Chapter where he has served twice as President. He also holds the certification for Fire Inspector II through ICC. Jon has served as President of the Maricopa County Fire Investigation Taskforce and holds many other certifications through the Arizona Center for Fire Service Excellence and Pro-Board. Jon is also a certified Fire Instructor teaching Fire Inspector and Fire Cause Investigation classes through the State of Arizona Fire Marshal’s Office, Arizona Center for Fire Service Excellence, and Pro-Board.
