• Unfair settlement practices
• Ethical requirements of adjusters
• Conduct of public adjusters
• The process and settlement of claims in good faith
• Discussing the Code of Ethics for NAIIA (National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters), CPCU Society (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters), and California Board of Professional Engineers.
