What is it like to deal with 40,000+ fans under one roof 81 times a year? How does a team manage and prepare for baseball games, along with special events such as pre-game festivals and post-game concerts? Hear stories about fan engagement, team operations, and other unique issues confronted by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
