Handled multiple catastrophe deployments while with Travelers\, including Alabama tornadoes in 2011 and Hurricane Irene in 2011.\nWorked for Liberty Mutual Insurance as a member of their catastrophe team from 2012 through 2015. Deployed nationwide to handle both catastrophe and regional backfill claims. Led the catastrophe team in claims production for 2013 and 2014\, handling over 800 claims each year. While at Liberty Mutual\, obtained AIC\, AINS\, and CPCU designations. Obtained the CPCU designation in 11 months.\nWorked a small independent adjusting firm in Manhattan\, NY in 2015\, specializing in condominium and co-op policies. Moved to Crawford and Company in August 2015\, handling Long Island\, Manhattan\, New Jersey\, and Connecticut. Moved to Phoenix\, AZ in July 2016\, and became a Regional General Adjuster for the Southwest Region\, being based out of Phoenix. During this period he has attained numerous certifications related to the industry\, including becoming an Xactimate Certified Trainer.\nMr. Farley began his career in Phoenix\, Arizona at the age of 18 performing services in the disaster restoration industry for his own company. His experience for the next 10 years included estimating as well as performing restoration assignments for projects that included schools\, hospitals\, colleges\, warehouses\, office and residential buildings. He has been a senior project manager and occupied senior positions in various restoration companies that performed restoration and repair work for the insurance industry.\nSince joining Madsen Kneppers & Associates\, Inc. While pursuing her undergraduate degree\, Ms. Bragg studied abroad in France\, as well as the United Kingdom and Ireland. She received her juris doctorate in only 2 ½ years from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in December 2007. She was nominated by her peers to be the law school graduation speaker. \nMs. Bragg’s practice focuses on litigating personal and commercial (both third and first party) claims\, including automobile and transportation\, premises liability\, products liability\, construction defect\, dram shop\, bad faith and professional malpractice. Ms. Bragg has handled numerous trials across the State of Arizona\, as well as hundreds of depositions and arbitrations. Notably\, Ms. Bragg collaborated with Mr. Elardo in the prosecution of a RICO fraud trial resulting in a $33 million dollar verdict on behalf of their corporate client. Ms. Bragg\, along with Mr. Elardo\, was a Top 10 Arizona Verdict Winner of 2008 and holds the 17th position in the decade’s top 100 verdicts. Ms. Bragg has also been involved in numerous cases in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court\, including the reported decision of Newman v. Cornerstone. \n \nJohn Elardo practices exclusively in the areas of tort and commercial litigation. He has been involved in hundreds of trial proceedings including over 75 jury trials to verdict. He is currently assigned as a supervisor for the DPS Vehicular Crimes Unit\, Major Crimes District. He is currently assigned as a supervisor for the DPS Vehicular Crimes Unit\, Major Crimes District. \nSergeant Haywood’s previous assignments included positions as a Patrol Supervisor for Central Patrol\, a Detective with the Vehicular Crimes Unit\, the Impaired Driving Training Coordinator at DPS\, at the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety as the State Phlebotomy Coordinator and various other Impaired Driver related programs. Prior to his assignment at GOHS\, he was the Impaired Driver Training Coordinator at Arizona DPS\, encompassing the DRE\, SFST\, and Phlebotomy Training Programs.
