paulframePaul Frame is a Partner at the law firm Resnick & Louis, P.C.  Paul’s litigation practice consists of multi-party, complex litigation in the areas of employment law, construction law, construction defect, products liability, transportation defense, municipal defense and bodily injury, and commercial (contract, etc.) disputes.  Paul previously ran for Member at Large in the 2015 AICA election and is looking forward to a successful bid in 2016.

Andrea Morin is with ProNet Group, a forensic engineering & consulting firm and is hoping to join the AICA board as a Member-at-Large. She brings with her 14 years of business development and marketing experience, including the previous 8 years marketing professional services to the insurance property claims, construction and work comp industries throughout Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. She has been an active member of the AICA for the last 6 years, continuously promoting the association and its membership benefits to everyone she meets. She loves working within this industry because every day is a new lesson with an opportunity to grow. Andrea’s goal has been to promote positive, enriching relationships throughout all aspects of the claims process; be it through the adjuster/examiner, contractor, practitioner, attorney or the individual insured. Being a member of the AICA has helped her to discover multiple networking opportunities. By being a member-at-large, she hopes to give back by helping others within our insurance community and to grow the association and the AICA brand. Andrea’s passion for the insurance industry is evident in her consistent presence at all events industry-related. She has shown her support throughout the years by volunteering her time, sponsoring and/or attending almost all AICA events. When she is not out “shouting ProNet from the rooftops”, Andrea serves as the Secretary on the Will2Walk Foundation’s non-profit board and chairs their annual Arizona golf tournament committee. Andrea enjoys spending her precious personal time with her family, friends and dogs. During football season, you can find her glued to the television on Saturdays watching her beloved University of Florida Gators.

Natalie Pruetz has been a proud member of the AICA since 2013. Born and raised in Tempe, AZ she attended Arizona State University B.A. and has her degree from The Hugh Downs School of Human Communication and a minor in French from The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. She started her career in the the restoration industry with 24/7 i.t. & Electronic restoration. After 2 years of working in that subsection she accepted a position with Titan Restoration of AZ. Prior to the restoration industry, Natalie was an interior designer for a National Homebuilder. Natalie focuses much of her time developing relations within the the insurance community, as well as, state, city, school and government contracts. One of Natalie’s biggest accomplishments to date was winning the Women’s Longest Drive and Women’s Closest to the pin award at the annual 2016 AICA golf tournament.

John F. Blake is Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and a Senior Executive Manager at the 2B Claim Services Inc. with over 30 years, experience in Sales and Service.
Prior to his employment at 2B Claim Services, John worked for Scene Genesis Inc. Advantage Waypoint Sales and Marketing, P.F. Chang’s and Marriott International. He graduated from Nazareth College, Rochester NY with a B.S. in Business Administration and the Monroe Community College with a A.A.S. in Hospitality Marketing and Culinary Arts, John was a founding team member of Scene Genesis Inc. in the early 2000’s selling their SceneAccess claims imaging system to the insurance industry for five years. At Marriott International and P.F. Chang’s John lead Risk Management teams for both organizations including product liability claim investigations. Making use of his Culinary Arts background, John has been a sought after consultant for many years on Service Excellence and Food and Beverage Safety and Risk Management.
John contributes to the 2B Claim Services philosophy of maintaining Plus 1 Service by creating and maintaining a positive, professional, and productive office atmosphere that is developing and evolving into a leading TPA company.
John lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife of 17 years and his two children, he enjoys cooking, golf, tennis and coaching his children’s sports teams.

Shannan Triplett currently holds the position of Southwest claims Service Area Administrative Manager at Allstate Insurance Company. She has been with Allstate for 13 years and has also held the following positions:

Shannan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rochville University and her interests outside of work include travel, community involvement and event planning.

Matt Thompson has served as an active Member at Large for the Arizona Insurance Claims Association since 2014. He is the District Manager for Rimkus Consulting Group overseeing operations in Arizona and New Mexico. His duties include management, customer relations, business development and he has even served as an expert on occasion.
Rimkus values the Arizona Insurance community as a whole and looks forward to serving wherever & whenever possible. Through Rimkus, Matt has orchestrated a Free Continuing Education event for 4 consecutive years that has been well attended by many local insurance adjusters, risk managers & defense attorneys through the support of fellow insurance vendors, many of them also involved with the AICA. He hopes to continue to assist the AICA in any way that might be needed.
Matt resides in Phoenix with his wife of 16 years, Jeri, a proud ASU Graduate when the football team in winning. Conversely, Matt is always a proud TCU Hornfrog. They have 2 children; Daughter Tommi (14) and Son Blake (12). He enjoys the outdoors of Arizona and frequently hikes the Valley’s mountains.
